God forbid someone make a joke....Freedom of expression in the modern public square should not be infringed. These are monopolies and should be broken up and/or be subject to the 1st amendment.

It is an actual point. If you were being an asshole that annoys everyone in a pub, the owner would absolutely kick you. They are not violating your freedom of speech. Same goes to Youtube. They have rules, they have to enforce it.

He can't because YouTube themselves admit they changed the rules on June 5th.
