Oh, for that scenario you can use the casting app. I wouldn't suggest it for gameplay but for other things it's fine.

Seems pointless to stream TO a system that is vastly more capable than the xbox one. PC to Xbox One would be better.

You can already stream PC to Xbox one with the wireless display app in preview program. People tend to forget this.
