I apologize for the mistake I've made in writing this tweet. Definitely meant to say "RNG". :V

If G&W Judge could only select 7-9 as options then youve almost got a decent equivalency going on here. Almost. It's not near the same because Heros smash gives guaranteed value, unlike Judge. Its about the risk-reward ratio silly.

It doesn't, tho? The Critical Hits happen at random. The command menu pulls up spells at random (leaving an opening for the opponent if you're trying to grind for a specific one). And the big spell everyone's complaining about is probably going to miss WAY more often than not.
