Youtube is putting themselves in a bad position right now. I'm sure it wasn't intended for them to be where they're at in the first place, but it still doesn't give them the right to not pay attention to the smaller creators. I mean, y'all got a huge staff, don't you?

The best part is that their support email can ONLY be accessed by YouTube Partners. It's absolutely ridiculous.

the monetization process change YouTube has implemented is the most frustrating thing. I see the MOST threads on the YouTube Help Forum asking about status of reviews, and no one can say *anything* because it's a black box.

There is NO ETA on when reviews will happen (just a nebulous sentence that "well theoretically they don't have as big of a backlog), NO spelling out of what the boundaries of "duplication" are, NO ability to appeal a mistaken judgment, etc.,
