We appreciate the hard work of everyone who contributes to our releases, but it is and always has been company policy that only current members of our staff are credited. We have never credited staff for their individual roles, or if they have left the company.

That's honestly a pretty terrible policy if you ask me (Which you wouldn't, because why would you?), since anyone who has played a role in releasing a game deserves to be credited, regardless of if they're with the company, and it's rather immoral not to.
Especially considering everything that Hatsuu has done for the Trails series while at XSeed, it just seems wrong, and if not crediting work is policy, then simply put the policy needs changing.

Last I checked, people being credited for their work was a pretty normal thing, and it's pretty shit not to do it, but yeah, call people names that are completely irrelevant to the situation, that's a worthwhile way to spend time.
