We'd like to help. Make sure you select 'Notify subscribers' under advanced settings when you publish your videos. Also, could you check with your subs, is this happening for desktop, mobile or email notifications and is this happening with all notifications/just certain types?

yes, some people dont recieve my notifiactions on any platform at all; the notify subscribers setting has always been on by default and is always on when uploadingpic.twitter.com/6Q5NIivHNd

yes, notifications are enabled, the notifications are set to push only, not push and email, but why would it have to be push and email, email doesnt even matter no one even checks youtube notifications therepic.twitter.com/scyo5GPeSL
