Yep and of course they are least likely to have a driver licence or passport. I can only hope it backfires and encourages young people, with the support of other organisations, to get I.D and vote the Tories out. If Labour backs
#ProportionalRepresentation too there may be hope. -
Identity cards are mandatory in France. Provided free by the State. I imagine that same would be possible here, but can hear the libertarian shrieking response to the idea..
