Sharing this short vid - not to show off on social (we know you hate that, 😇). Sharing this to publicly thank you, , for a great show - that made us laugh, cry - and best of all - think. Cheers!🙌🏾 – at White Oak Ampitheatre

I might low key root for the this season. They’ve overcome so much already (injuries) and it’s clear that they’re a tight group. They celebrate everything. Love to see it. (Oh, is good, too.)

On Friday we asked people - totally at random - how they were enjoying the block party celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. , the club’s jersey sponsor, had one of its employees standing at the ready with his talking points. VIDEO:

As my 16 y/o deals w/ having been called the N word in a HS⚽️match, I am reminded of ⁦ex ⁩ ⁦⁩ Coach Lincoln Phillips’ words to his players in the 70s when they were often racially taunted/abused (fr. the ⁦⁦⁩ film “Redemption Song”).

After being called the N word during a⚽️match, my son took immediate action & told the ref. We tell our sons that if this happens, they have options in that moment, beginning w/ harnessing their power & walking off the field, as a team—action that publicly shames the perpetrator.

my 16 y/o son was called the N word last night in a HS⚽️match. Surprising? No. Sad — in today’s climate? Yes. I don’t care to change these ppl; but I do advocate for stiff, stiff consequences. Consequences that hurt change behavior - if not hearts.

Very much looking forward to the day when a headline like this (“Bucks Make Lisa Byington First Women's Full-Time TV Play-by-Play Announcer in Major Men's Pro Sports”) not being a big deal. Kudos to the and congrats to 👏🏽

My goodness … the (please just stick with that name already) has had some woefully mediocre QBs over the past 29 years. The fact that is the best of this putrid lot says everything.

I count myself among the privileged who knew Peter Keiller, who was a scholar of life w/ a passion for education & a❤️for “the beautiful game.” Nobody knew ’s soccer history better & he took great pride in sharing it. Rest In Peace, Prof. Keiller. Rest easy
