    This picture was taken ten years ago just before my son’s 3rd birthday. He was a delight then, and continues to be a wonderful person to be with. Today we celebrate his 13th - Owen is officially a teenager! Happy Birthday Owen. ❤️❤️❤️

    So pleased to see this happy outcome. Very well done to the family for acting on the life saving instructions from our call handler and to everyone involved in Carter’s treatment & care. Thanks for the support you gave to family & colleagues while sharing their story

    Today our crews were reunited with baby Carter, the miracle baby born at 24 weeks unable to breathe. In the emotional reunion the crews were able to meet the happy, healthy, smiley baby for plenty of cuddles 🤗
