I think defensives is very bad, people won't use them because it will hurt their dps making plebs even worse.

Should replace "I don't care" with "I've never really understood any of this". Which, to be honest, I haven't. Enjoy the game and when my DK dings another 17 levels I'll have the full house of raising every horde class to 110. But I still don't really get it.

Basically when you cast a spell you have to wait about half a second to cast the next, Global Cool Down (GCD) some spells like Lust are exempt from this pause.

They should do a poll on how many people have a degree in game design, and only accept degrees as proof. I personally cant wait for the changes and wish they were even longer like
#FFXIV , can get really neat animations and more tactical choices. - Show replies

I am all for this change. Glad to see things back on the GCD.

They should not be on the gcd with attack and heal abilities. But they can share gcd with eachother imo. Like an interrupt. Except CDs have their own gcd pool unaffected by other abilities.

I was thinking 3 sets of group cool downs: Offensive, Defensive, and Utility/heal.

I am kinda on the "I don't entirely understand this" side. From what I'm reading, abilities that I usually have to wait to recharge will be available faster. I have no problem with this.

Gcd is global cooldown, meaning you use one ability and then you have to wait a while to use any other ability, so you can’t cast 15 abilities in one second should the resources be available. Now they’re planning to make every ability unnecessarily have one when it’s not needed
