You have posted that we need Keystone Master (+15 within time limit) to get the tint that's being locked, but the artifact says we only need a +15, not within time limit. Which is the correct answer here? Huge difference and I really want to know.

Appearances locked to achievements usually say so (such as the Archaeology and Balance of Power ones) on the artifact apperance pane in-game; the +15 tintdoesn't explicitly state Keystone Master so is that just an incorrect assumption or actually true?
