On average 3 items drop per boss? That sounds mega low

When you consider the goal not really. when you did bosses lsat expansion they dropped more loot but a lot of it was bad. not right corruption, no corruption, no warforge, etc. The goal of reduced loot was because it was all more useful. they just forgot to actually reduce loot
