Blizzard improved the drop rates of Legendary Memories relative to dungeon difficulty via a hotfix! Their Mythic difficulty drop rate is now significantly better than on Heroic, which is significantly better than on Normal.

This is all well and good of a change... But it doesn't fix the amount of people leaving after they don't get their drop on first boss. They need to move the drops to the last bosses.

I disagree. Each boss needs to be rewarded, otherwise they are pointless.
