Good, the highest level of pvp content should be the barrier of entry so that people actually have incentive to do it

But wha if that barrier is so high that people don’t want to try it in the first place? Especially since you get more honor from winning and need more options when you’re low on gear or skill. This seems like it rewards people who are already good at PvP disproportionately.
