Idk why they won't let us trade the loot. It's the stupidest thing ever. I'd much rather give a member of my raid team an item that gives them a much higher benefit than it gives me. Just take this crap away.

Honestly just make it like the first personal loot change, if it's an 80% guild group remove the trade restrictions

While true, this has no impact on anyone whatsoever since m+ is capped during heroic week anyway. What a useless thing to point out..

You know not everyone is clearing heroic and jumping into mythic the first week, right. In fact, the majority of the player base is not doing that. So it actually impacts a large amount of the player base.
