now make covenant abilities act like a talent and now we've got ourselves an expansion

I mean keeping them still a bit locked to where you maybe need to do quests to unlock them after your primary choice. Maybe visit the region to receive the power whenever you swap to it. Keep some friction but don’t keep its as restrictive as it is now.
