tell that to the percentage of people who actually can clear the raid, do a 15, or a 5 mask vision or be above 1600 cr. the game doesn't have a small skill ceiling, its actually the other way around, and 'couse of people like you we need to read a bible every patch. tsk.

I am confused. Does this mean Mana potions will still work the way they do on live, or will they cool down during fights to be able to be used at tactical times like they were in BC? I perfer the latter, because it makes them actually useful.

I'm still convinced it's far more intuitive than the pre-poting rule. So I think this is a good change, regardless of the M+ nerf. That said, I agree that utility potions should not share the same cooldown as the damage ones. I understand the importance of such a choice, though.
