Will repeat my YT comment: Its sad how with all context, the BFA Intro (Undercity Battle cinematic) is just marketing lie for players to be excited. Horde side is all fake. The Sylvanas monolog lie. The "For the Horde!" scream dishonest ... The Horde soldiers emotions not true.

|| I think, having seen this cinematic in full, I see what Blizzard was trying to do. Cater to a more general audience. It was a neat idea to distribute these cinematics, but it's hard not to read intent behind each release with all the extra information we receive in-game. --

Blizzard has unfortunately done nothing but insult the Horde playerbase this whole expansion. They really need better and consistent writers and they need writers that aren't trying to self-insert themselves into the world (Re: Nathanos)

To be honest, this is the worst expansion I've played. You would think with Chrsitie Golden being on the writing staff, this would have improved.
