That is unfortunate
really hoping we can someday get to place where we can tmog as we please. My biggest gripe is still that my belf's ears pop through every helmet though.

Got an easy fix for it... 1. make each appearance & recolor an item that works like every other weapon item in the game. 2. Then, remove the spec restrictions, 3. Finally, loosen xmog restrictions in general. (Why can't we xmog a 2H into a 1H, or a off hand to a shield?)

And really, any one of those would make players happy.

Give us all 3 and well, we'd be elated.

I don’t understand how it’s a technical issue. I’m not a good programmer, but why not add a tmog_anim variable to the item’s struct, define it in a way that makes sense based on the appearance, and just have the renderer call that instead? Seems really simple.
