China is investing in Africa in a big way. It is true Africa needs development in every single way. They will do w the newest sustainable ways.

What he said is completely right and on the right path. One thing is sure, when African leaders see money,they tend to forget there is a problem to solve. We don't need physical cash to be put in hand,they will share it among themselves, family and friends,party members...

They will use the money to open foreign account to yield profit for a certain people not the whole nation. The money will get back to you and we will have nothing to count on. they will buy big cars, aeroplanes and flashy things done by you and as a result take your money......

...build us companies,teach us how to do it and how to use it but not how to buy. Give us your rules and regulations to follow regarding what we are doing to be like you and yes we can emulate you. Be the head of what so ever u will build and we will learn quick to succeed

Don't just give it them alone to manipulate,it will collapse in a year then still come and look at your faces like school kids. They have a purpose for becoming leaders and it's themselves alone. Ghana govt is example, family and friends alone.

Build the factories here, teach us how to handle and maintain things here. Teach us how to create and give us flexible rules where we can operate freely with oppression to bring out de best in us.every move we make must be checked to see if it done right and give us second chance

YES to investing in Africa, but a big NO to implying massive highways in urban areas like this one are “wins”.
