Appears to be part of a longstanding marketing campaign. Given that they have the resources to do so, if this is some silly, western-style "viral campaign", i'll find it even more dystopic (and lame) (sauce: https://soranews24.com/2018/03/06/japanese-schoolgirl-feeds-sweets-to-fans-via-4-d-vr-headsets-%e3%80%90video%e3%80%91/ …)

...what even is it?

looks like satire from a japanese comedy show tbh

Looks more like a marketing stunt by puccho (candy brand). The website says these things are given away to people who tweet their hashtag and follow them. Still disturbing.

Is part of Puccho marketing campaign, given to lucky retweeters (sauce: http://puccho.jp/a-n/ ) More from the same campaign: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_EuPLk3jK8 …
