My channel is restricted from live streaming because of a copyright strike on a 2017 live stream archive of Super Mario Bros, falsely accusing me of copying a channel's content. @TeamYouTube rejected my counter notification, stating I don't have the rights to publish it. (more)

I got a copyright strike because of a trailer for Dragon Quest. It wasnt Square Enix they were totally fine with it. I got striked by another youtuber who uploaded the trailer too. I didnt get any help by Youtube

I already read your policies but there is a special issue and I try to get back monetization since mid 2018. So re-applying doesnt really help
