Regardless of how you feel personally about the games affected, Valve pulling harmless content on a whim, with no consistency or policy, will absolutely have a chilling effect on small developers. This is terrifying.

As of right now, none of my games have been affected by this. If in the future we are asked by a storefront to censor the content that was the reason players bought the game in the first place, we won’t do it. (Even if a game ends up delisted, if you own it, you can play it.)

yes, that's a good thing to do if you can afford it. Personally, Roommates extra content was added later so it wasn't in the original game. And I'm sure players will find out pretty soon how to get around the censorship system

I mean, it’s less “can afford to do it”, and more “can’t afford not to do it.” If players don’t feel confident that they won’t lose the content they bought, that would be the literal worst thing D:

I believe that even if they pull the game, people who have it should still be able to keep it "as it is", and not censored. But I'm not sure of course... best thing is to always buy direct to avoid surprises later!
