I think that could work but -only- for people with a high Steam level. That way if a key is proven stolen its hard to go back.

yes some sort of reputation system. But already a Steam user with a few purchases, should be legit. More than any G2A reseller :P

I think the problem more lies with stolen keys from stolen credit cards more than it does having unused keys from Humble though

if that's the problem, it can be easily solved, you can invalidate keys for those purchased with fraud orders ?

Didn't the developers already get their cut from Humble Monthly? Why should devs get a cut twice?
