so I never had much luck with "pure VN" games, still other indies like @TomGrochowiak had much success. What are the selling point of a VN?
.@Spero_Mcgee @TomGrochowiak so story is very important as I expected, but what also artwork? are 50+ CG necessary? :P

@pcmacgames@Spero_Mcgee@TomGrochowiak Not necessarily, I don't think. If story and characters are strong enough to carry it -
@WhiteCatGames@pcmacgames@TomGrochowiak I would agree with that. Solid basis first, work from there. - Show replies

@pcmacgames Artwork is merely important for the setting like background and ofc the characters. Just from that you would end up with 50+ ;pThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@pcmacgames@Spero_Mcgee@TomGrochowiak And the art you have is used wisely -
@WhiteCatGames@pcmacgames@TomGrochowiak Indeed, like I said, you just get there normally. Don't just make it for art's sake.

@pcmacgames@Spero_Mcgee@TomGrochowiak Cgs showing key points in the story are a nice bonus -
@NicolaHaydenVG
@pcmacgames@TomGrochowiak Yeah, the key points are typically when the CG's are used in the examples I provided.
