a bit unsure right now how to move forward with Curse Of Mantras. Thinking if maybe do a pure gameplay game or with minimum writing/cutscenes. I don't think have the strength to do big complex gameplay+big complex story anymore

I mean I thought I could do it taking slowly, but... no. Burn out is now persistent and I can only work a little before feeling completely sick/overwhelmed. So I think I need to cut one of the two things - make it just story or just gameplay...

I think I found a solution, which I'll explain in details in next blog post. In practice focus on finishing gameplay, have a beta, then do a KS to gather the real interest in a story. Depending how KS goes, the story will be shorter/longer.
