since the lockdown ended (here was until May) I've been trying to walk for 3km at least 4 times a week. When you spend 90% of your time sitting in front of a monitor, you need to do exercise, otherwise it's too risky for health

Have you heard of 10,000 steps? That’s the recommended amount per day which is about 6-7km :-o

yes I heard about it, and some days we reached that amount but doing it EVERY DAY is just nuts. I think what we do is already 99% better than most people :D

We managed to do 12~15K steps each day but it consumes looooooots of time lol

depends on your pace and terrain type, for example there's a place nearby of 3,2km and we do it in 40-50min

Personally more like ~3h, I just came back from 1h walk with 6.5K steps it was all road so quite good terrain app said around 4.5Km

yes when we do 3,2km in 45 min we walk very fast and with zero interruptions

Yeah going up hills slows you down but you burn more calories. Also I stop to look at things and take photos often :-)
