since the lockdown ended (here was until May) I've been trying to walk for 3km at least 4 times a week. When you spend 90% of your time sitting in front of a monitor, you need to do exercise, otherwise it's too risky for health

Yeah we’ve walked a ton this summer and I am fitter. Better at going up hills. But still it’s not enough.

my wife even runs 2-3 times a week for 20 min in the morning, but it's too early for me :D
