Not *crazy* better, but at least better than this. On Xbox you appear in New Games on the Game tab on launch day, and can also get featuring if you ask for it. On Switch you appear in the "Upcoming" and "New" tabs, so at least some people see your game from there

Not by much. Console stores are poop in general and not really designed for browsing (for whatever reason). You pretty much have to know a game is out to find it, unless it's a AAA release.

I’ve had both consoles for six years and ONLY THIS MONTH did I stumble across the wish list on Xbox. In the past, I’d just add a game to my wishlist to bring up my wishlist. Switch store is just a GIANT PILE but their search engine works very well.
