How are people able to remember exactly what PC and components they had 30 years ago? That seems like a super power unless it was something really iconic.

30 years ago? That's easy. That was a Commodore 64. I didn't get a PC (486 DX2 66Mhz) until 1992.

I got a CGA 386SX back in 1990-91 (if I remember correctly) and then it was shortly after "upgraded" to EGA and 386SX2 or something! Super upgrade :D (I remember me and my brother playing one of the early Might & Magic RPGs, the IV)
