people get super angry if ALL games (indie and AAA) prices go up, but the reality is that if you think about it, vgames is the only form of entertainment which didn't increase in price. Think about movie theater, books, gyms, tv subscriptions, etc. Anything has increased in price
can you make an example of the other expensive forms of entertainments? I guess also depends on the game too

we can pay like £60 for a AAA game that has about an hour of straight playthrough time, sure you can replay a game but in terms of driven content AAA games have about the same amount of time as a movie at the cinema, movies cost way more to make and yet cost a fraction to consume

yes but not ALL AAA games are like that. For example I played TLOU2 for about 55h for 59, little more than 1 eur / hour, and immensely better than any movies I've seen :P so depends on the title
