problem is that salaries haven't kept up with that trend. not to say games shouldn't be priced higher - esp indie games should be - but if salaries don't keep pace, entertainment is the first budget you cut in your personal spending, so nothing comes of it.

I'm a uni student atm so my entertainment budget is basically "lol I wish", but when I was still working full time, if I had a month with big expenses (like buying stuff in preparation for adopting my cat), I would spend less on fun things cause rent/food are kinda important

I don't really care if the price go up, as long as the game feels like it also is the quality of the higher price, I don't want to pay 10€ more for fifa 21, or NBA 2k21 when they are just remakes of the previous games, but I will like fully support if cyberpunk 2077 costed 90€
-
I also bought 3 of your games here on sale I think 2 for around 10€ and 1 for 2€ and I can feel the price difference and I will say that a good thing, the 2€ was really short but with okay game mechanics, and the 2 10€ was long and one of them was a craft sim.

games are on the AAA side disproportionately overpriced when compared to other more expensive forms of entertainment.
-
can you make an example of the other expensive forms of entertainments? I guess also depends on the game too

I don't mind paying extra for your games I find them well worth it especially the season of the wolf game that had to be the hardest one to make an I right? So good though
-
the hardest one was the last, Planet Stronghold 2, but even SOTW was tough :)
