burnout is weird - it's like I get some ideas, I even start working on them, but as soon as I have to do some real effort I feel weak and can't continue. Hopes it ends soon since for someone like me is bad (I want to create stuff)

In that case you probably need to take a break. You'd be surprised how differently your mind operates after a few weeks away from your work.
Had that happen to me last year after spending a month in Japan! -
probably it's just this - normally I'd take 2 weeks of total break away from computer, but with the quarantine and everything I'm forced to just stay at home :P
