lol I was awakened at 6.30 AM by a very frightened wife (she was already asleep yesterday night so she discovered the news today). I calmed her down but indeed even if it's not anything serious (for now!) it's not really a realxing situation to be in

looks like panic buying has infected (forgive the pun) also this small village where I live. Local store was out of pasta of dubious quality, snacks, sugary drinks. I guess people made a choice: better die of cancer/diabetes than coronavirus!

In China we've done the same for a month or more. And I felt ... quite okay because don't I have to work
. But surely it will be tough for the economy -
In most part of China you couldn't even go to work or go out of your residential communities to buy food (food is delivered if no markets in the community)

I'm in Hokkaido. It's been that way for days. I don't even have any masks so I'm just stuck at home eating ramen and playing games. The one time I went out people walked as far away as was polite... I fear my bank account will be feeling the brunt of this...

We're going to see the effects in our line of work in a year, unfortunately. If economies will start to cause unemployment people won't have money to spare in videogames :( I just hope our situation won't spread (!) in other countries the way it is now.

Yes that is likely to happen unfortunately
