Just realized steam curators can have recommendations for games they have never owned or played. (lots of half life@alyx recommendations...its not out yet). How is this a good idea? :(

I think the curators need something like "This curator received a copy through curator connect", or w/e means so they're eligible to review, then list of members who actually played the game+number of hours would make it more legit.

of course there's also the issue that they might have played the game on other platforms or maybe in beta etc, so yeah it's not an easy thing to solve indeed
