I've noticed this pattern: after a big sale like the recent Steam one, the sales drop (obviously) but often I get a big jump on "retail activations" (key coming outside Steam)

My theory (it's just a theory of course) is that people discover one of my games, find about the others, and look for key resellers. Indeed all those key activations are for games I did bundles. I sell also direct, but the ratio between bundled - non bundled is like 100:1 !

so once again bundles might give you some immediate cash but in the long run you're potentially losing a lot of money in my opinion. If you really must, much better to do even high discounts on Steam like 90% off (I never tried that though)
