I have a lot of respect for vegetarians, and wish I could be one myself, but my cravings are just too strong :(. Also habit: a lifetime of knowing what to cook/order when it comes to meat, but lack of familiarity with vegetarian options.

vegetarian is pretty easy since you can eat dairies, eggs, etc. Try vegan as I do :D

there are vegan cheese alternatives (at least here but I suspect also in UK). But yes honestly I don't miss meat at all, was harder to give up cheese (milk not, the soy/rice/almond milk is awesome)
