many users can't even imagine what goes behind making a game, and why very often the final result is not what I envisioned. Just from the art side there are 1000 things that can go bad or simply change the final result and it's nobody's fault.

And this is just from the art point of view, there are other issues for writing, music, etc. Finishing a game in a reasonable amount of time is some kind of miracle

probably is also because I make games so big. If there were only 3-4 love interests and few CGs, using the same artist for everything would be something possible and keeping development time under a decent amount of time (not years)

Any artist that has the time to do your sprites as well as CGs is a fucking hero.

it's also a matter of skills - very few artists can do both! the few that can do that are some kind of supernatural beings :D
