I already pay the $99/year for iOS, and Mac is 5-6% of my sales so financially would be worth it for me to notarize apps but I still won't do it. It's the first step towards a fully controlled / closed system. Next step? they don't approve apps they don't like? no thanks!

no I think it's included in the iOS one, as for the process I have no clue,
