I feel like a mistake many indies do is to heavily discount their games too quickly and too high. I know you might think "it's better for customers" but in reality isn't, because you teach them that it's not worth buying your game full price on release #indiedev

so I think it's actually disrespectul vs the loyal fans that buy your game on release at full price. That's why my games aren't never discounted by 30-40% until at least one year has passed. Cursed Lands is on sale now at 25% off, about 16 months after its release

eventually after some time they will all get a high discount (66-75%) but not so quickly as I see many other indies doing! And of course, no bundles for at least a couple of years...
