I feel like a mistake many indies do is to heavily discount their games too quickly and too high. I know you might think "it's better for customers" but in reality isn't, because you teach them that it's not worth buying your game full price on release #indiedev

eventually after some time they will all get a high discount (66-75%) but not so quickly as I see many other indies doing! And of course, no bundles for at least a couple of years...
