I just realized something that's not good for my kind of games:
1) localization has become very important
2) translation costs are high (if you want good results)
3) games with a lot of wordcount = very expensive
4) visual novels are a bad genre choice right now

You can only make a financially viable translation through Kickstarter or something like that for text-heavy games. It's a pity because I know a lot of spanish speakers really like their translated games.
