really strange though! It definitely should, you're using Blitzbasic right? strange, I mean 64-bit isn't exactly new, I think Ren'py has this since 4-5 years!

BlitzMax is 32-bit. There’s a 3rd party compiler that can do 64-bit but I don’t know if it’ll just work or if there will be problems.

I haven't used BlitzMax for years, but I had to compile a 10+ year old game for some purposes a few weeks ago and this worked out of the box (https://blitzmax.org ) for Mac at least. (Now try this with Unity ;-))
