How was the first day of the Steam summer sale for you? Mine was lower than I expected and I already expected a low amount.

Not as good as I hoped. I fear this'll basically bring in around as much as the winter sale, which was disappointing. So all in all my fears are being confirmed and I'm left wondering how many people are gonna close up shop in the next couple months

so far it's about 1/4 of last Summer Sale, so rather poor here too. If I didn't have savings I'd probably shut down in a couple of years max

we've traditionally made nothing in Steam sales for years now, so welcome to our ever-growing club :)

I've been skipping the summer/winter sales for a while now.. doing discounts outside those sales. Doesn't make sense to me that we are all competing for the "cheap"-gamers at the same time with our discounted games :)

we tried that once... and all that happened was, we experienced the pre-sale dearth like everyone else, except we then didn't make a bean during the sale to make up for it.

It's time to find a new business model that doesn't rely on Steam.

Patreon is good, also because doesn't take 35% of what you make :P

They haven't paid us yet. What's the minimum payment threshold?
