lol Apple answer to my issue as always was useless. I might not be able to do such a complex thing as simply renovating my developer account.
Maybe it's a sign that I must stop wasting my time supporting iOS? Probably... 
emailed them back with screenshots. It's absurd. First "you must enable 2 factor on this account" then the next screenshot "2 factor is enabled on account"
It's like if their database is totally messed up and they think it's my fault or that I can fix it? HOW??? LOL Apple
