was on phone with their support. "You must have used another email to originally sign up". I found the original email and of course, the email was the right one, but still doesn't work
meanwhile zero issues with Google after 5+ years

emailed them back with screenshots. It's absurd. First "you must enable 2 factor on this account" then the next screenshot "2 factor is enabled on account" It's like if their database is totally messed up and they think it's my fault or that I can fix it? HOW??? LOL Apple
