would encourage asset flips, unfortunately.
i do think it'd be neat if @steam_games tied revenue share to user review score, though. incentivize making good games, rather than well marketed ones.

no reviews are too random - remember No Man's Sky had mixed reviews?
I prefer a system where games aren't actively promoted until they reach a certain amount of copies/revenues. Combined with 10% means even indies could buy ads/promote actively their games on Steam
