or maybe I should give up with this because I just noticed this increases the complexity exponentially even more lol
Loren didn't had this "feature" and only a minority complained. I'll see what is humanly possible to do

Is there any way to hide unwanted straight scenes? Maybe in the real world, too?
-
yes I could add that too, of course will double the complexity of writing / scripting it, but I'll try :) remember most other devs just have single gender protagonist and only one romance type, what I'm doing is 10 times harder

I think I don't understand the context fully. Why some players would not like to see gay scenes?
-
I think it's for example when the player character looks at a same-sex individual in a sexy way. Eg. Female PC: "I traced her curves with my eyes" or Male PC: "I wondered what his muscular arms would feel like wrapped around me".

I think it's an admirable approach, but I don't think the additional complexity is worth it. Ultimately, it's *your* game and fuck the haters.

-
well in my case they were very polite complaints :) But yeah probably is too complex!

Huh, I don't remember ever stumbling upon those scenes by mistake... I mean, there were always some triggers or explicitly-shown stats involved. How do even people do that without pursuing those romance options?

-
Or is it something like "unwwanted homoerotic subtext in some dialogue options I won't even choose, but ugh, gay people have cooties or something". :D

But what about the lesbians *some* people would want to see? :)
