Let's say Valve goes ahead and calls Epic's bluff and lowers their revenue share. How competitive (for developers) does Epic remain after that?

I mean obviously it also depends on how much Valve lowers revshare by in that scenario. Say they drop to, I dunno, 25% or even 20%, across the board.

I suppose Epic still holds on edge on Unreal games because they can waive their 5% fee and further undercut Valve. How many major AAA titles are done in Unreal?

In a scenario where Valve meets Epic at 12% across the board -- is Epic done for? They still have Fortnite cash to secure exclusives, as well as their free game giveaways to players.

if nothing else would gain back the trust of indies, who won't feel like the least important thing in their store
