What's up with the sheer greediness of support requests in 2019, where people feel entitled to support?. And then you tell them _x_ is a bad idea, and insist you support it anyway, and insult you when you don't.

It's not even a one-time thing. You get people who want help with a problem, but then if you ask questions about what they really want, or how to do it, they clam up.

At the end of the day, it's like - the price of asking for advice is considering the advice that's being offered. Coming back and saying "give me different advice" is rude.

Literally the first thing that happened to me this year was someone coming up, ten minutes after midnight, and insulting me for dropping support for wildy obsolete software than nobody else put any time into.
